Using bank transfer instead of card payment

We are currently in the process of integrating other payment method to the Portal. If you wish to pay with bank transfer, or have other specific needs related to invoicing, please contact us.

In the Billing section, you can manage your pricing plan. If you have no pricing plan active yet, it allows you to choose one. You can also upgrade or downgrade, according to your current needs.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade your plan anytime. Effect will take place immediately and you will be charged the difference of the cost proportionally, depending on how much time you spent on the old plan. Next payment will be in the ammount of the new plan.

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade your plan anytime as well. However, you will loose the benefits of your current plan and we won't be able to refund you. Your next payment will be in the ammount of the new plan. Therefore it makes sense to do this change on the end of your billing period.

We are using Stripe as our card payment provider and the Manage payment details button will redirect you to the Stripe billing page, where you can manage your payment methods, billing information and see your invoice history.

By default, your billing information will be the same you entered during registration.
